We are so excited to celebrate with you! If you are taking the shuttle from the Hampton Inn to/from the venue, the shuttle (operated by DMC Luxury Transportation) will arrive to the hotel ~3:10 pm and will depart for the venue at 3:25 pm. Return shuttles will operate at 10 pm and 11 pm.

When/where is the shuttle?

We are so excited to celebrate with you! If you are taking the shuttle from the Hampton Inn to/from the venue, the shuttle (operated by DMC Luxury Transportation) will arrive to the hotel ~3:10 pm and will depart for the venue at 3:25 pm. Return shuttles will operate at 10 pm and 11 pm.

Where should we stay?

We secured a room block at the Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick; you can call to make a reservation (see Travel tab for more info). If you choose to stay elsewhere, we recommend exploring hotel/Airbnb options in the areas of Freeport, Auburn, or Portland!

How should we get to and from the venue?

If you are staying at the Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick, a shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:25 pm to transport to the venue; return shuttles will leave the venue at 10 pm and 11 pm. If you are staying elsewhere, you will need to arrive to the venue by car. Uber/rideshare is limited in the area. Free parking is available at the venue (attendants will be on site to direct and assist). If you plan to arrive by car, please designate a sober driver, and do not drink and drive.

What's the best way to get to Maine?

There is an airport in Portland, Maine which is a short 20-minute drive or cab/uber ride from the hotel in Freeport. You may prefer to fly into Boston which offers more flight options and is an approximately 2 hr drive from the hotel/venue. Both the hotel and venue have ample on-site free parking.

Can I have a plus-one? Can I bring my children?

Due to the capacity of our venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will take place indoors.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Please feel free to arrive any time after 3:30 pm and plan to be seated for the ceremony by 4:15 pm.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

We will be providing buffet-style meals for both the welcome drinks event and at the wedding reception. When you RSVP, please indicate any restrictions or allergies so we can be sure to have plenty of options that will accommodate you!

Should I bring a gift?

Please know that we appreciate the effort and resources it takes to attend our wedding, and your presence is a present to us! For those inclined to give a gift, we have shared a registry on this site and will have a place to receive cards at the reception; for logistical reasons, please refrain from bringing physical gifts to the reception!

Is there an open bar?

The reception on Saturday will have an open bar (cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, etc!). The welcome party on Friday will have a cash bar, offering beer, wine, cider, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options.

What’s for dinner?

The Friday welcome party will feature a casual buffet style meal from Locally Sauced; options available to accommodate gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian diets. The reception dinner on Saturday will feature a buffet style meal of wood-fired pizza and accompaniments from Fire & Co catering; options available to accommodate gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian diets.
