Portland International Jetport (PWM) is a smaller airport located a short drive or cab/uber/lyft from the hotel where we have a room block. While there are many flight options in and out of PWM, some guests may prefer to explore flights in and out of Boston Logan Airport (BOS). Flying to/from Boston may be more flexible or affordable for many guests, but please note it is approximately a 2-hour drive or Amtrak ride from our hotel.

Yes! For the safety and convenience of our guests, we will provide a shuttle from the Hampton Inn Freeport to the venue, as well as shuttles from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night. There will be shuttles back to the hotel at 10 pm and 11 pm to accommodate guest preferences.

Yes! There is ample parking located directly across the street from Coolidge Family Farm, in the AmVets parking lot (1095 Lewiston Rd, New Gloucester, ME 04260). If you plan to enjoy the open bar, please plan to designate a sober driver, take the shuttle, or call an uber! (FYI: rideshare availability can be limited in the area)
